This farm was homesteaded in 1867 and is one of the most intact farm properties in Boulder County.
Our design team worked with architect Christopher Melton to add a thoughtful addition to this 1909 farmhouse. The interior was pulled back to the exterior walls, and re-concepted for modern living with an open floorplan, moving the stairs to the new addition with a main floor master suite. We mixed the homeowners many inherited antiques with modern elements to create an eclectic farmhouse interior.
